Hello, my name is Pam Zozosky. I’d like to let you know a little bit about my family, the 2 legged ones and the 4 legged. You can’t own a Havanese and not have them become a part of your family. They’ll have it no other way.

:: Zoey & Amber ::

My husband Jeff, daughter Sasha, and our 2 Havanese live in a quiet neighborhood in Auburn, WA. We have been married for almost 30 years.

:: Our House ::

Our home has a roomy fenced in yard with plenty of space for the dogs to run and play. The yard has a tree shaped just right for one of our Havanese to climb. Yes, I said Climb. You see, Amber climbs this tree so she can peek into the neighbor's yard. I wonder if they know that they have a peeping Tom?

:: Amber ::

Be prepared for anything with a Havanese. Along with being extremely lovable, affectionate, and loyal, they are very curious, and a bit nosy. These traits always make for a lot of fun and clowning with this breed.

We’ve had our oldest Havanese Zoey since 2002. She is a Black Irish Pied. She was born December 11, 2001. She ranges from 10 to 11 lbs., depending on goody consumption. She truly is my little shadow, never leaving my side. She is very sweet, gentle and lovable. Even after having two beautiful litters of puppies, she is still very playful. Zoey can only take half of the credit for these wonderful pups. The other half goes to a great little Havanese named "Cinnamon". Together they produce exceptional puppies.

:: Zoey ::

Our other little Havanese girl is named Amber (the tree climber). She is a Sable color. Amber was born on August 3, 2003. She is also very sweet and lovable, but a little more mischievous than Zoey. She likes to steal a lot of our things, and claim them as her own. She will also do this with visitor's open purses and suitcases. I warn people who visit us, to keep things closed. This is just another little Havanese quirk that makes them so fun and endearing. You will see what I mean when you have one of your own. Amber is ready to be bred for the first time in early 2005. Her perspective love interest is another Sable Havanese named "Smoothie". We feel that their personalities and temperaments are going to make a great match.

:: Amber ::

It’s hard to explain all the wonderful, expressive, and smart characteristics of the Havanese. I have always been a dog lover and owner. Now, I am extremely partial to the Havanese.

I believe Havanese are truly the perfect family pet. I hope you feel that you know more about us and our love for our Havanese, Zoey &  Amber. I encourage, and invite all prospective adoptive families to come and visit my girls and their puppies when they arrive. The more that families are able to visit, the better.
